We’re The Clifton Park Dragons, a team of colleagues from Clifton Park Hospital coming together to take part in the York Dragon Boat Race. We’ll be paddling hard, working as a team, and having a lot of fun – all to raise vital funds for The Island.

Clifton Park Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care UK, is a leading private hospital based in York. The hospital provides high-quality healthcare services including orthopaedics, diagnostics, and outpatient care, supporting both NHS and privately funded patients across the region.
 
Our team is made up of people from different roles across the hospital, united by a shared commitment to care, teamwork, and supporting our local community.
 
We’re proud to be raising money for The Island, a York-based charity that supports children, young people, and families facing life’s toughest challenges. The Island offers early help and intervention, building strong and trusted relationships to create long-lasting positive change.
